About
is a five-part workshop series designed for staff at nonprofits who work directly with youth and families. Rather than replacing what these organizations already do, our team comes alongside their staff to bring fresh tools, updated resources, and practical strategies that strengthen and shape existing programming. Across the five sessions, participants explore budgeting fundamentals, understanding and raising credit scores, building financial independence, and developing healthier relationships with money — including how to talk about money with kids and navigate parenting alongside financial stress. The series also equips staff with resume writing skills and guidance on building institutional relationships, so career planners can better connect participants with banks, employers, and job opportunities, along with incentive strategies to keep participants engaged. By the end of the training, staff walk away with new ideas, ready-to-use resources, and a stronger toolkit to help the youth and families they serve build lasting financial stability.
